Our French tapered pins are hand-turned from one solid block of beautiful, carefully selected wood of your choosing: maple or walnut. Tapered pin lengths vary from 18 1/2" - 19 1/2" anddiameters from 1.75" - 2".
French pins offer a better feel for dough and pivot easily as you roll, making them ideal for flattening round pie crusts. Beloved by Julia Child, she famously threw away her American-style handled rolling pin.
